At the beginning of November 2022, Victor returned to Belarus three years later. He and his colleagues purposely drove to Brest, the border between Belarus and Poland, to survey. This is the main port for CEIBS to enter Europe. Thousands of trucks were stuck on the road and the team stretched for more than 10 kilometers. This scene has become a unique scene in the local area. In order to let customers thousands of miles away know more about the operation of KAC Airways, Victor specially opened a live broadcast room on WeChat official account, attracting hundreds of people to watch it online at the same time.

Victor was born in Shandong Province in 1991. After graduating from high school, he went to Russia to study abroad. During his undergraduate, master's and doctoral studies, he studied international trade and international relations successively. For a long time, he worked in the foreign trade industry, and later moved to the field of logistics and transportation. It seems natural for Victor to start his own business. When he found that the ability of resource coordination and integration required by CAR was his strong point, he founded Yunlu Supply Chain (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.
At the beginning of the company, customer development was the biggest problem. The accumulated Russian customers were not enough to meet the company's business development needs. Victor intended to open the European and Central Asian markets and soon focused on cross-border e-commerce groups. Among the goods transported by Yunlu, there are bulk commodities, pure batteries, dangerous goods, engineering equipment and cross-border e-commerce goods, of which cross-border e-commerce goods account for the largest proportion. Since 2020, cross-border e-commerce has entered the stage of rapid development, creating a large number of goods, bringing opportunities to many emerging enterprises. Victor's team is one of the enterprises benefiting from the shareholder's wind. During 2021-2022, Yunlu won several awards for logistics service providers related to cross-border e-commerce. Victor himself was also awarded the title of "Top 100 Elite of 2022 Cross border E-commerce Industry" in a cross-border e-commerce ceremony.
Victor's work and life are almost limitless. The company's big and small things occupy most of his time. Especially when you need to travel to meet customers, you often don't touch your feet when you catch up with the next flight. Compared with these physical exertions, Victor felt that unexpected emergencies were more tiring. In August this year, a batch of cross-border e-commerce goods going to Europe were blocked on the road, which coincided with the fact that Kazakh employees were unable to deal with many work during the holiday. The team made a lot of efforts to develop solutions for customers, but ultimately failed to achieve the desired results of customers. Not only did the originally expected profits fail, but also the customer was compensated for tens of thousands of yuan of losses. Although Victor felt uncomfortable because of the customer's incomprehension, he always put the customer's interests first. Take responsibility when there are problems. Victor learned the lesson from this incident and felt that the team would be able to handle the same emergencies better in the future, which would be beneficial to the company's long-term development. Victor was most gratified to see the team getting more and more mature. He often mentioned his operation team with his friends, and several girls who were responsible for handling documents, customs affairs and all kinds of complicated affairs were always enthusiastic. Affected by the epidemic, Victor can't go abroad often. Many foreign affairs are handled by colleagues in Minsk Branch. The perfect cooperation of colleagues at home and abroad has solved many worries for him.

In order to attract customers, some practitioners talk too much about CARA. Victor thinks it is not a wise move. If customers have high expectations for the services of CARIGALI, it is difficult to explain to them when uncertain factors occur. Take China to Europe as an example: generally speaking, goods will leave the country from Alataw Pass, Khorgos or Baktu after loading, and trucks need to go through the process coordinated by China and Kazakhstan after arriving at the port to leave the country smoothly; On the way to the border between Belarus and Poland, many non EU registered vehicles must change their heads because of the EU sanctions against Russia. In addition, the Polish border will also be subject to strict inspection, especially for cross-border e-commerce goods. Normally, the time limit for truck transportation from China to Europe is 13-14 days. However, queuing at customs checkpoints, customs inspection and other accidents that may occur along the way have increased a lot of uncertainty. The peers in the industry teased each other and said, "Those who wanted to make money, but who knows where and where, they lost.".

He said that in terms of land transportation, Belarus has a superior geographical location, and has long formed a mature fleet. Many European freight is carried by Belarus vehicles. Recently, there are serious truck jams at the border between Belarus and Poland. First, Belarus vehicles need to be replaced with EU registered vehicles. The most important thing is that the local customs are conducting strict inspection. The key inspection objects are weapons and equipment, electronic cigarette drones and other goods, as well as cross-border e-commerce goods. Victor revealed during the live broadcast that the probability of cross-border e-commerce goods being inspected at the border between Poland and Belarus is almost 100%. In order to successfully pass the customs, it is necessary to fill in the information correctly, especially the English name of the goods. Some customers choose to enter Europe from Latvia and Lithuania in order to avoid congestion and inspection, and the inspection rate is indeed reduced to 15%, but with more and more vehicles, congestion is still unavoidable. He also shared his experiences of visiting the supervision warehouse and stations all the way, which attracted the audience in the live broadcast room to praise him frequently.
